There is no justification for this behavior. If the police will not take action, the public will eventually take the law into their own hands. That's not the path this country needs to go down. Justice must be served.

This is a horrible act.The little girl needs protection and counseling. For the family of the perpetrator to support his actions is even worse. Why aren't they in a place like juvenile hall? or something like that? Whether they are citizens or not of this country, they have to obey our laws, or leave and not come back.

Anyone who comes to this country should abide by our laws. For the oldest boy to instruct the younger boys on what to do and to commit this crime by knife point is an outrage to every citizen. If no action to punish these children is to take place, then the whole families aught to be packed up & sent back to where they came from!!
