I don't know which is more disturbing- that these awful 'men' enjoyed torturing & killing an innocent puppy or that they were released on bail after being arrested...? They must be prosecuted and made to pay for what they did!! Strengthen your aggravated animal cruelty laws & make the punishment fit the crime with prison time & hefty fines!! We speak for all the helpless animals who have no voice.

I am getting sick of this kind of cruelty. I feel that anyone who commits this kind of acts, is a worthless human being and should suffer the same fate. The world is a better place without them and they wont be missed.
