There must be justice for these dogs and their carers

This is outrageous. Kind humans were caring for these souls and finding good homes. Why do mass killings? Why not do mass spaying and neutering to help decrease the dog population.

my heart breaks for everyone involved who have fought for the lives and care.of these poor animals..only to have their hard worked for cash to make its way into these vile , corrupt scums pockets ..and their beloved dogs murdered ...while most of them were waiting on the extra cash being raised to get them to their new homes...so upset ..

We are in Bulgaria and know all about theft of funds and killing of dogs in so called public animal shelters, this needs to be watched all over the EU not just one country. Prosecution of everyone is needed, lessons must be taught and learnt, it's not government money, it's the people's money, and the people have the power, and deserve justice.
