You can't automatically rule out foul play over a couple days and a few interviews with the family, and a couple knocks on a few sex offenders doors. That is not enough. At the least, I want to know what was looked into. Yes the autopsy shows him to have hypothermia, but he would have succumbed to that early on. It was freezing cold that second night. His body would have been found a lot sooner, animals would have gotten to him or buzzards. Hypothermia can kill within hours, and this baby boy had not eaten or drank anything and was already in a bad state. Could he have been hiding in a spot around that house that was near, which created a warmer environment, a shed maybe. Could someone have taken him and then put him back, in fear of all the media and searches, reason being he was found so late. Come on, something isn't right. The house that was 150 yards away, those people haven't even been looked into.

Their is something just not right about this. The body of that baby needs to go to the state medical office for the examination. I can't get that baby off my mind. That baby should have been found alive. All the people they had looking for him and the dogs couldn't pick up the scent? Then he is found a mile from where he went missing? Then they find him in a clearing? Come on now!

This breaks my heart thinking about little Noah I believe the grandmother and the parents know what happen to him this hole thing is just not right I mean look where they found the baby in the open where helicopters and people searching for him never saw him come on the first place you don't take a two year old in the woods and not hold their hand this just don't add up at all I pray for justice For that baby

Our trained officers can find an escaped convict that doesn't want to be found within hours ,But could not find this child who was just minutes before walking with grand mom ? Wow !
