I am so tired with people getting away with animal abuse and all they get is a slap on the hand! Mandatory prison time for animal abuse, especially killing an animal!

Justice for nina and all mistreated dogs is a must. Especially pitbulls due to negative nedia attention constant and consistently they seem to fly under radar and go unnoticed. This story is truly heartbreaking and i must say i will loose the little faith i have left in not only the justice department as a whole but also humanity.

A dog on a lead on his/her own property is killed by a neighbor who premeditated and prepared for the murder, waiting for the owner to leave so he could trespass onto the property. He ended the life of a dog, endangered the life of the dog's human family bringing and using a gun onto the property. He stole the dog's life from Nina's family. He knew he was guilty, and he even stole and hid Nina's broken body in the woods. He is obviously capable of knowing right and wrong, making the decision to carry out this crime, and hiding what he had done. He is guilty of a crime and should be held accountable. I pray Nina's death is not in vane. I pray it wakes other people up to what happens far too often. I pray it helps educate people that PITT Bulls are not all bad dogs, and they are far sweeter than the people who breed and train them inappropriately, and the people who commit such horrible acts towards humans, children, animals-the most vulnerable. There is a problem with this killer, and he needs to pay the price for what he has done.
