This is disgusting that a person would do this! If he could do this to an animal, just imagine what he would do to a person. There is NO way he should be allowed to get away with this.

I have always heard that a person who kills animals with no remorse is someone who could be a serial killer. He should be put away behind bars. This poor dog was on a lead. I own two pitbulls and they are big babies just like my children. How horrible of individual this man has proven himself to be.
