Why is a teacher being blamed for another students wrong doings mind u that the kid wasnt supposed to be in that pool area at that time he skipped class to go to that other swim class and that happened so charges should not be on an innocent man that tried to help

i am a student at Mumford High School. and i can truly say, mr sigler did not mean for this to happen. he is a good, caring, and kind hearted man. even though what happened was a tragedy, mr.sigler should not go down nor be charged for the death of De’Sean. may his soul rest in peace and may there be justice for Mr. Sigler.
