Malcom Xavier Williams was killed by Indiana State Trooper Clay Boyle on April 29th 2020 in Jeffersonville Indiana. ISP is currently handling their own investigation but have not released any dash or body cam footage despite the pleas of Williams’ family. Demand Jeffersonville mayor, Mike Moore, launch an independent investigation and hold ISP accountable.
