My name is Sheila Shockley...In July of 2014, a dear friend of mine was being transported from a hospital to a mental hospital, approximately 60 to70 miles away from 1 another...Something went wrong when they arrived at the mental facility..First there was 1 transport driver...I am quoting out of news article..On upon arriving at the facility, the driver had problem getting Matt from vehicle..He locked him in..Went to call the police to help getting him to exit vehicle...Quoting again, by the time they had him contained, they noticed he wasn't breathing...They took him by ambulance to another hospital..He was in coma, on a respirator, couldn't breath on his own..No brain activity...He passed away 5 days later..His brain was swelled..
