This is disturbing on so many levels. I guess this is the new form of decent courtesy and "do unto others". The couple do need to be charged as the situation has drastically changed. They are now murderers!!!

This situation needs to be addressed and charges need to be pressed NO none deserves to die like this. Imagion if it was your family member you would want justice. I pray that charges are pressed and justice is served. May he rest in peace.

If Mateo was white and the other party Mexican or Hispanic IM pretty sure they would have been in jail by now but there excuse is "double jeopardy " I call BS this rasist chain has to come to a end a human lost his life over something so senseless since when are we owners of the public street in front of our home? greedy ignorant killers that's what they are I don't care what they want or call it ! But it's murder and they were in Hawaii celebrating beating a human to death THEY both deserve to rot in prison and or get the death penalty in my opinion and FYI I'm WHITE and this is my view hate all you want to hate it don't matter nor your comments ! That's just how Society is people are just rasist

The way we treat our elderly and children is a statement on the condition of our society .
The City Of Ault has just made the statement to the people of Colorado, that the value of the elderly is worthless.... This is the ignorance our tax dollars pay for, what a shame.
