I moved to Ault in 1989 it was a small town where you didn't have to lock your doors Because you felt safe. And to hurt somebody or kill them over a parking spot granite alcohol was involved that's pretty sad the man lost his life because of a stupid parking spot come on people get real this man is going to be missed Rest in peace Matt

A man lost his life. He will never see his friends or family again all because of a parking spot? Something more needs to be done than just a disorderly conduct charge, this isn't right. What a shame that this had to happen to a man with a lot of life still ahead of him and people that cared for him.

I don't understand how it could be double jeopardy when all they were charged with was disorderly conduct. This is manslaughter at the least
