They need to be charged with murder. Maybe this will teach them a lesson that they can't just go around attacking people, regardless if they were drinking. These are grown people and should have known better. I'm not even sure why Mateo was charged a fine in the first place when all he did was defend himself from these drunken thugs.

This is horrible and those responsible for this brutal attack should be prosecuted to the fullest this is attempted murder and if he dies the charge will be murder No if ands or buts about justice unbelievable May God send him graces to endure his pain and suffering in Jesus name Amen, my prayers to his family
