Is there no justice? Does this mans life mean nothing? The people that did this, need to be prosecuted. A fine for disorderly conduct is not enough- what does it take for the law to step up and quit looking away? Prayers for justice, for Mateo Martinez.

No matter how you look at it it's a crime they beat him up its a time something like this can't be noticed immediately and it's going on and I do believe they need to be charged somebody has to take responsibility for this

Seems to me charges should be upgraded as obviously there was more damage to him then originally suspected. That's not double jeopardy
