This story breaks my heart and my heart goes out to his children. I am in tears right now with sadness and anger because if this happened to my dad I don't know what I would do. This was a senseless action that took a life of a loving father supporting his daughter at a football game while she cheer. For two people who think it was ok to be drunk to beat a person to death. This is not two people who need to living still in our community to be able to do this again. What imessage are we giving our kids when we speak about bullying that would allow these two to go free in our community. Let this be the reason why I chose to signed this petition that they should be punished for their action to be charged for this horrible crime where a person lost their life.

Only justice served will be in a back alley. Does not look good - "Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke refused to give a deadline for making a charging decision but suggested it won’t take more than a month." WTF - why would it take so long? Why, because the DA is trying to find a way to let these drunk bastards off. Lazy drunk a-holes were too lazy to walk across the street to watch the game, so they beat a guy who blocked their view by legally parking in front of their house. Alcohol kills...in one way or another.
