They need to be charged with manslaughter at the least. For disorderly conduct to be the original charges when it was assault to begin with is an outrage. I too suffered an assault at my doorstep and now have ptsd from it. The police also charged both myself and one of the 3 assulters with disorderly conduct. Police mus stop using the kitchen sink charge to make the stop easy and do the job they are paid to do. Protect and serve!

Considering death occurred after brain injury related to physical attack, I believe this changes the case. This becomes a murder charge in my opinion.
