the CPS are a joke! I am disgusted at our legal system where someone can be proven that he was speeding yet he may not even be trailed how is this far how is this justice?

Im sorry but he wasnt driving a car or a 4x4. If you had know the facts he was actually driving a very large lorry which was carrying plant machinery, this is completely different to a car or 4x4. How is it fair that people get fined all the time for speeding that doesnt cause injury but someone who took someones life doesnt

He was known for speeding why should he get away with it. If it was a boy racer that had hit poor martha he would be behind bars surely!?!? The police are appaling they need to do there job better!
