Apparently know one cares for the truth. You just don't quit paying your bills and then lie to everyone. You don't refuse help and then lie about being offered help.
The person that should be ashamed of herself is GiGi. She has been and continues to lie about this entire situation. GiGi and those who support her immaturity and her insane behavior need to open your eyes and get real. God doesn't like liars and he won't help liars.
Since 99% are believing a liar then I would suggest you pull your monies together, rent them an apartment, pack them and move them out by Sunday. I can't and refuse to support anyone who has done nothing but lie. All of this is a matter of public record and apparently most of you need to go seek the truth.
GiGi is the one who has put her mother out in the street! Talk about loving your mother...apparently GiGi only cares about GiGi or they wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

Facts -
Taxes were 2+ years delinquent when the property went to tax sale in 2016
Multiple notices were mailed and the county has copies of these notices putting the property owners and occupants on notice that it was going to tax sale, that it had sold at tax sale, that the owners had ONE full year to pay delinquent taxes and then notices that the year had expired with certified mail being signed for at the property address.
Fontaine/Gigi was notified of the sale in person and offered a chance to lease, rent, purchase or move.
Gigi had previously told her family that she didn't pay the taxes.
She refused to provide her phone number and refused to answer the door during 5 additional visits to the property to discuss her options, closing the door when she seen people approaching.
Family members have contacted the owner and advised that the 88 year old grandmother is in poor health and needs to be in a nursing home. They advised that the only reason she is in the home is because Gigi wants to collect her mothers social security checks and her welfare is in danger by not being in a facility that can properly care for her.
The buyer was refused access in order to determine what reduced rents or sale price that the seller would offer her.
The buyer has reached out to churches, neighbors, social workers, free legal aid, senior services and others to ask for someone to advocate for them. Even her family members have been shut out by her when trying to help.
If she had simply not avoided the new owner, she would have been treated fairly and allowed to stay in the home for well below average rents. Maybe as low as $300 per month, but owner was only met with bashing, lies and negativity instead of cooperating.
The courts gave her compassion and allowed her additional time well past any of the other 60 evictions heard the same day and she still accused the owner of paying off the judge.
The owner offered to delay the 3-19 court ordered move out date if Gigi
