You are a 100% true. I didn't realize being verbally sexually assaulted was such a big deal guys do this ALL the time it's just a maturity thing. So what he grabbed her arm. She's acting like she was actually raped. All these people are giving her sympathy, but they fail to realize that people are actually out here getting raped not just verbally assaulted. She is definitely doing this for attention someone who was actually assaulted doesn't just tell the whole world.

This is a shame. So many comments and signatures for an incident that did not even happen as this person claims. There is video footage and a hall full of witnesses, and this is not a real account of what happened. It is easier to believe the first story that you hear, but in this case, it is not even remotely accurate. What this seems to be is an attention seeking mission and a way to smear the administration and a fellow student in the process. It also takes away from real victims of a very real issue.

The fact that administrators did nothing even if it was a joke is disturbing and vile. With that dude believing it's ok to do that to someone, he will know probably disregard all thoughts of actually respecting people. I am not a feminist and I believe that most of what they protest for is dumb and nonexistent. This is though. This is a prevalent issue in schools of all sorts where the male gets little to no punishment but the girl gets ridiculed by people for not taking a joke, she has to live with a fear she will have to avoid situations like that again, and a hatred for schools for not doing something. Time for education to become a safe learning place where you don't have to be afraid to speak your voice.
