Sheila Torres Pasciuta was arrested on Felony Murder of my son Lawrence Pasciuta Jr. her attorneys have filed numerous motions for bond, and on 4/23/13, she was granted $100,000 bond, and released until her trial in Jesup, Georgia.
She is charged with the following:
Malice Murder 1
Voluntary Manslaughter 1
Providing False Statements
Tampering with Evidence
Possession of Firearms
