Holding a Hospital Accountable!

Im signing behalf of my fiance. A few yrs ago Branson Cox didnt take his injury serious. So we left and went to Springfield Cox.

My son was dismissed from Cox . He had been on clanzapan for 23 years. His doctor Elizabeth Moore decided he didn't need to take it anymore. Gave him a month. He us still having withdrawal symptoms and they banned him from the hospital

Last winter my husband was having hard time breathing. He was a veteran. Went into the ER they wanted put cpap on him he said no Ill do o2 but I cant do the cpap. It would give him horrible anxiety and nightmares and the o2 seemed to be doing well. So I went home. Came back the next mornign he had bruises al over him and the cpap on I said - he told you he couldnt wear that. They sedated him and put it on him without his consent. Then they gave him the covid vaccine after we both told them no. Then I was going to get him out - we were just going to go get another opinion. I came next morning. He was not in his room. No one would tell me where he was finally this sweet phlabotomist (sp?) told me to go talk to the drs in the basement. I went down stairs and was met with horrible attitude. Then like it was nothing they said oh you mean the cadaver from c3. I fell to the ground and began to vomit. He was fine the night before then to make things worse they had him shipped off and cremated without even giving me a chance to figure out what to do for his funeral. To this day they still will not give me his medical records said I need a court order and no answers NONE. I have called and written atleast once a month isnce then and no one will tell me what happened. There was no autopsy and the death cert said heart disease and meth use. I guess because we also had a Rockaway address they assumed we were all methed out but his tox results i was ableto get from the portal showed negative for everything. I am so heart broken. I hope you know you have amazing support out here for what you are doing Mrs. Edmonds. There are so many of us they have just tried to shame away. Whatever you need. They are absolutely killing people and I feel they harvested my husband. he was worth more dead than alive.

brason cox KILLED MY HUSBAND IN AUG. 2022 i tried hiring attorneys ..i was told no 3 times..only because of some bill that was voted in 2020 because of covid to protect the hospitals of wrongful deaths... my husband was having horrible headaches.. that actually started back in 2017.[i have all medical records]they said it was just sinuses .. in 2022..they accused us of DRUG SEAKING.did nothing for william .john in urgent care said WE LIVE IN ROCKAWAY BEACH. I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY NARCOTICS FOR WILLIAM HURT HIS BACK LANDSAPING. i asked him to give him a shot ...HE SAID NO !!! tat was end of june 2022. july 12.2022 i took him back to the emergency room...for his back ...they took an x-ray...came and told us....YOUR BACK IS VERY BAD... BUT WE MUST ADDRESS THE LUNG CANCER FIRST...WILLIAM DIED AUGUST 14.2022!!!all those times in 2022 we went to the ER and was ignored.. William had cancer....ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS DRAW HIS BLOOD!!! but because william had long hair [we owned our trucking company] and we had a rockaway address we where treated like drug addicts. COX MUST PAY FOR THE MANY STORIES LIKE MINE.

I was showed up in Cox Urgent care in EXTREME pain and was transferred to the emergency department based on abdominal tenderness that would need imaging to diagnose. The details are long but the cliffnotes is that they ignored my requests for specific imaging and chose to treat me like I was on drugs and seeking more. Eventually, they lied to get my consent for an expense screening that did NOT test for what I was requesting. When I finally got the bill, I had to fight them in court for years because I had asked for an investigation into what occurred and while they promised it, that sent me off to collections instead. I lost days of work and spent hundreds of hours preparing for court battles on my own. I'm STILL dealing with their mess.

Three weeks in the hospital and no resolution of the problem but they collected a lot of money for the time spent

I have evidence of conspiracy to commit murder by Norfolk hospital I need help I'm alone

ALL 5 incidents have happened to either ME or a FAMILY MATTER. I'm the OLDEST (57) & LAST LIVING of my family in the Branson area. After us being here since 2003 (22 years), I've lost 5 IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS (all under the age of 77 & much younger: 54-77). Between 2011 and 2021. (TEN YEARS = 5 MAJOR IMMEDIATE FAMILY DEATHS) This NOT TO MENTION, MY OWN LIFE THREE TIMES. Well, once I was almost paralysed & wheel chair bound. Miracle I pulled thru. & Twice of all most bleeding to death. They lost my (now deceased) Mother, for 6hrs, after a "simple" procedure of a . Colonoscopy. They placed her right outside the room they performed the procedure, and left her in the hallway FREEZING COLD for SIX + LONG & GRUELING HOURS. Only to be found by myself going places I wasn't suppose to be. (which is a whole another story). She was all ready in the hospital as a "guest" because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. They STILL never did, however- after recovering from a "Mystery Illness" & returning home. She STILL passed away, due to EXCRUCIATING NEGLIGENCE upon their part when she returned for a "simple strained muscle"! Point being- NOTHING is ROUTINE nor SIMPLE at Cox (Death Zone) Hospital. And I BEG of EVERYONE in ear shot (eye shot too), PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE (our local Hospitals) with a LIVING WILL. ESPECIALLY UF YOU ARE OVER AGE OF 50 (I'd play it safe- and NEVER let ANYONE know you or your family, has one at ANY AGE!!! One more thing- DON'T GET IANYTHING DONE (from MEDICATION to "SIMPLE ROUTINE PROCEDURES to MAJOR SURGERY" without 2-5 SECOND OPINIONS and have "Them/Hospital/Doctor EXPLAIN to YOU/FAMILY MEMBER STEP BY STEP WHAT IS & WILL BE OCCURRING. And, APPROVE (or NOT APPROVE) EACH AND EVERY STEP THEY MAKE. PLEASE. IF YOU WANT YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO MAKE IT OUT ALIVE. NOT EXAGGERATING. I have NUMEROUS horror stories that I (& many persons) WITNESSED. Take care of each other, and last and BEST WARNING: NEVER LEAVE

We have also had issues with COX so this is a cause I can definitely get behind.

A friend of mine went to Cox Branson with appendicitis. He was immediately put on a respirator, whick killed him within hours.

I truly believe they killed my mother at Branson for her organs. She had an organ donor card.

I hope you get all the signatures you need. My mom passed away there as well, and never really got a clear answer,

My family has had very bad experiences with Cox in Branson . I will die on my way to Mercy in Springfield before I go to Cox
