Why should he be allowed home confinement so he can enjoy the pleasures of home and be with his family ,,while we visit her grave to grieve,,,we are broken and will never heal from this loss. Her little girls will grow up with out their mom. Katie still cries for her mommy to wake up. Please keep him locked up where he can’t hurt anyone else
