Home confinement should NEVER be an option for this monster!! Kayla can never go home to be with her family BECAUSE OF HIM!!
It's already unfair that her family has to go on with life without her, why should they have to worry about her murderer being out of jail?? This makes no sense to me!!

No I do not agree that Corey Seth Chapman deserves to get home confinement, he took an innocent life, a mother,daughter,sister,cousin,friend etc... He deserves to rot in hell not spend time with his family for the holidays, Kayla doesn't get to spend time with her family nor her sweet baby girls! Corey Seth Chapman evidently wasn't thinking of his family when he did this to Kayla nor was he thinking of her family so NO he Does NOT deserve home confinement!!!
