He does not deserve to get out for the holidays ! He murdered our kayla and we cannot have her here at all not can her poor babies he does not deserve to even breath ! This girl was my best friend who I talked to everyday ! She wouldn't ever hurt anyone and was never aggressive ! What he said was a total lie ! He does not deserve to get out ! Make him suffer just like we have to ! Most of all her poor babies are the ones who have to go one without there mommy now ... Woundering all about her ! This had been very hard on everyone ... Not on him not on his family !!! Do not let him out keep him in for life this is coming from a best friend who knowes Kayla best who just talked to her 2 days b4 he killed her ! She didn't want to be with him she wanted to be with Tony ! Please listen !!!

I am kaylas Father ,,why should he be allowed to spend time with his family when he took our precious daughter away from us. All we have to visit is her grave. His temper and brutallity took the life of a mother of two little girls. A sister, aunt ,and from many friends ,,, we love and miss our daughter,,at lest his family can visit him. We don’t get that neither do her little girls. The oldest one Katie still cries for her mommy to wake up. She wants her mommy back ,,and she just turned 7. Please don’t allow him home confinement. Kayla doesn't have the choice of coming home for Christmas. Her babies will be watching other Mommys and wondering why their mommy can't come home. They are little girls that have memories. Why should a killer get to join his family and friends? Kayla was denied this.
