This girl needs to be held responsible for this ignorance, and pay for her actions. Self defense my a$$! She has no remorse and I truly believe it was thought out. When Cathleen gets in her 20's-30's maybe she'll realize how stupid she was to fight over a boy and take a life, and leave a sweet baby without a mommy. I'm literally holding back all I want to say about this girl and so mad I'm shaking thinking about it. My heart goes out to Kaylas baby girl, family & friends! Sleep in peace suga ♡

Cathleen doesn't deserve to be free, no remorse OK why play self defense then say no remorse no you mentioned to to everything you did you thought Kayla had nobody to defend her but I can see her best friend trying harder than her own mother for justice

She shouldn't get bail she took an innocent life , and had no remorse she stated .... she should be changed as an adult and put her big girl panties on she did the crime now let her do the time .... that little girl will now have to grow up without her mother and only memories :(

She is not getting out. I hope she gets 99 years In a ruff ass prison and suffers each and every day for what she done. She is a heartless coward to fight with a weapon and take someones life away. She killed another human being and she admitted to it on social media...She should be treated the same way anyone else would be treated...No Bail on a murder charge. If she is released on bail its telling anyone her age or younger or older thats its ok to take a life.. She knew what she was doing and she brought a knife...Kayla Van Wert died and left a baby to be raised by family or foster care...She does not deserve bail. She needs to be accountable just like anyone else and not given bail.
