The incarcerations of juveniles as adults is unfair punishment upon children. Their young minds have not yet fully developed, in order to hold them culpable as an adult they would have to have the ability to function and think like an adult. I advocate that these individuals who are still incarcerated seek and be awarded the same benefits of those who was considered and released when the bill was pass after their conviction.
