There are a lot of new laws that are pertaining to people effected in the year that the law was made, we must not forget about harsh sentences that was given to minors a decade or decades ago they deserve to be included in the new laws as well And not forgotten about.

these Young Men & Women Deserve a second chance. Adults do not get the sentences that young people get the first time they have gotten into trouble. So Many were at the scene & Did not actually harm, anyone yet they are being sentenced to such long sentences that they are giving hope. Please Stop Amending The Bills & Give Them A Chance.

They were young and science shows their brains were not fully developed before age 21.

My 17 year old son received a 95 year sentence wit 25 to serve in Virginia. He is now 28. I pray legislation comes our way for this excessive sentence as well. Prayers to all who are affected like this!
