Disgusting sentence. Custodial should have been par for the course to fit the crime.

Drugs kill in many ways and cannot be excused or used as an excuse

I feel that this sentence is completely and utterly wrong! It smacks of protection as an informant ? Where has our "justice" system gone?

I have two sons and if this happened to me as a mother is want justice served whether she has children herself or not .. her children do not need to be raised by a person whom is every day putting them second! By taking drugs in the first place ..i fail to understand this and a longer sentence for attempted murder should have been passed ..i wish Josh all the best in his recovery and good luck with petition !

absolute joke from the fabulous 'injustice system!' I always had faith in the justice system but this year all that faith has gone and I wouldn't trust a court in any shape or form from now on!

The Empathy and reward social experiment with drugs should be stopped and replaced with get help or be imprisoned where they have to go cold turkey. The governments sponsoring of addicts is a disgrace.

This is outrageous. She should have never got in a car with so many drugs in her system. She must be a pretty poor parent to her children, so why should she get the benefit of the sentencing laws, the victim should be considered first.

I used to live on this road and i am appalled at the results. I am behind you all the way. She needs to be appropriately punished.
