I new trial is not only expected we the people demand it. This was the worst trial in the history of Mecklenburg County. Mr Ferrell was gun down in cold blood. why was Rodney Monroe not called or the Jury not see all the Evidence. That is what we expected out of a trial. We all know his wife is a family member of the Cox Brothers. Should I say more. I am tired of the injustices in this State.
