Jonathan Ferrell was murdered. They try to twist things around - say he was drunk, that he "attacked" police - none of that is true. Please keep fighting for justice in this case.

Declaring a mistrial was definitely not the right decision in this case. Justice wasn't served at all.

Damn shame not only was it a mistrial, and it was 8-4 to acquit, but also that there is a petition going around to support Kerrick and not have another trial!

Yes I will sign the petition because. The case needs to be looked into more.this officer. Is guilty.just because. He ran to him didn't mean he was trying. To hurt him.i see in the video. That he ran around another Officer so if he was. Trying. To hurt someone why he didn't do it to the first officer he ran around

I pray for Justice I have 2 black boys and a black daughter and I pray that this nonsense stops. Kerrick should be found guilty and never set foot out of prison that man didn't deserve to get killed he was looking for HELP!!!!!

I believe everyone of good conscience should be in on this. The vast majority of police officers are of good character I would like to believe. However there are still many that have no character at all. They hide behind the badge of their city to complete their cowardly deeds, and the city and the PBA cover them. The good police officers NEED to uncover and no longer protect these cowards. These cowards kill women and children as well and ALWAYS use the " I feared for my life" statement and we all know that has no validity when truthfully examined. We need to stop these cowards NOW !!
