I think the evidence is strong enough for a retrial. The officer had a number of other options besides lethal force.

I worked with Jonathan Ferrell at Dillard's. He was the most kindhearted gentleman I have ever met. He was honest always helping others always smiling and when asked why he was working two jobs he simply stated so I can marry the live of my life. He did not deserve to die at the hands of a rookie trigger happy untrained cop! I have watched the video over 100 times and it's clear as day he was running for his life after seeing red dots on his chest. The police department will not shoot an animal 12 times!! Why rapid shooting of a guy unarmed without giving Jonathan time to get on the ground? If I had a cop shooting at me and yelling get on the ground I would run for my life too!! The police dept needs retraining and Randall kerricj needs to be retried with a jury who has some common sense!! For a guy to survive a total car crash only to be shot to death is insane

The precentage of unarmed young black men killed in this country is alarming. Apparently, there are many CMPD officers scared and racial objective when dealing with brothers.
