He is a family man and a hard worker
I've known Joe since the age of 9
He has always stuck up for himself but I've never seen him start trouble

Please reconsider the 10 year sentence I'm a family friend and have seen Joe grow up here has a young family now and over the last many years has settled down and tries his best

Joe did not deserve such a harsh sentence, the man clearly provoked him on the train and managed to go to work the same day!!!

I am appalled at the length of setencing! It seems you try & defend yourself & get penilised for it. The sentence was way too harsh considering you get less for murder.

I find this disgusting! How can someone get a lighter sentence FOR MURDER? thus is not Justice! I believe a lighter sentence should have been given!
There is obviously no guide lines in punishment.
