Jesse Cedillo should not have been shot that many times by police that many times especially when he was on the ground. Him being shot thirteen times was also unnecessary. I am am asking for an outside investigation.

He was an amazing friend, ever since middle school, everyone makes mistakes , that’s how we learn and overcome, nobody deserves to go the way he went, it was overkill and man slaughter , he didn’t have a weapon and wasn’t charging at the officer. The officer is just trigger happy. JUSTICE FOR JESSE

The Injustice System ought to be discarded and an honest, rational, unbiased system be installed. But in the US of A, it seems far from possible. The police are brainwashed and trigger happy. The lines between Military and Police are very blurred. And likewise the distinction between "enemy" and community.
Only in the bragging USA. SHAME.

My son was killed by a St Joseph mo cop,and they didn't use any of the evidence no witnesses statements the text messages nothing,a crooked cop not his first kill
