Let me tell you why I think this kind of thing is happening and nothing is done to reprimand these officers. They literally carry cams on them recording all they do. The only people who don't care what they do in front of a camera are rich people cus they can pay their way out of any mishap. So maybe the guy on top told them don't worry. Do your job and we'll protect you. We protect our own. So now where is the man with integrity, morals and standards?

This was so senseless, that police officer didn’t have to do that. He definitely needs to be suspended without pay until the investigation is clear . You don’t have to shoot somebody like a dog to get your point across! My condolences to the family I’m so sorry.
