The suspects hands were up and unnecessary force was use to stop an unarmed man the police officer continued to empty his rounds in suspect after he was immobilized and on the ground obviously posed no threat to the PD and never once was actually seen charging at police. This needs to be treated as if pueblo police has lost one of their own and the man who murdered that boy needs to be charged

Prayers for the family and justice for Jesse. You can see his hands were up and clearly he wasn’t charging anyone. This is wrong.

Why would you keep shooting when he is down. That young man was gunned down. Then they watched over him as he died and did nothing to help save him. This is inhumane and not protection from our officer's. If this is ok then I can only imagine what else they get away with. IS JUSTICE REAL, OR IS IT WHAT THR COPS SEE AS JUSTICE!!!

Shoot to kill procedures were most definitely NOT needed in this situation! He had his hands up (meaning NOT to shoot) I have no idea why law enforcement in Pueblo think they must kill their suspect!? Even if they THOUGHT he was armed they did not have to kill they could've shot him in the arm or leg! No one deserves 12/13 rounds being shot into them! This is disgraceful and the PD should be ashamed! Justice for Jesse!

I worked with Jesse during his truancy case. He was a good kid that was just going through a rough patch. My thoughts are with his family ❤️

Jessie was a great friend of my daughter and this makes it harder and harder to keep kids straight when the justice system fails the children.
