Its not just Jess been attached this Dog in question is been encouraged to fight thats illegal .... it could so be a child they could be small children living with this dog at risk please do something

He should have been dealt with when he killed the previous dog was an awful situation to be involved in and to be kicked and hit as much as he got and not move or flinch shows that dog is very strong hopefully it's dealt with before it can happen again
