My father was killed in 2016 by someone under the influence of several drugs. He was sentenced to prison for 20 years with parole after 10 years for manslaughter! Justice was not served for my father but I hope to god justice is served for you!!!!

James’s life circumstances have changed beyond imagining because of the selfish acts of this drunk driver. James deserves justice, as does every other member of this community. We are all diminished by the loss of so many of James’s considerable talents. Impaired drivers destroy individuals, families, and communities. Prosecute. Prosecute to the full measure of the law.

It is a shame that the person responsible for James’ damage and disability, and the trauma it has caused his family, has not had to answer for his CRIME. PLEASE prosecute this man to the fullest extent of the law. He should not be able to do this to anyone else!
