Arrest this negligent garbage immediately. This guy has suffered enough while the guy who hit him has suffered none.

This disgusts me to no end! It appalls me to hear that he has got off for what he has done.

James and missy, we may not have formally met in person but I was horrified and saddened when I got the news of the accident I did donate to the gofundme.com account it wasnt much but it was all I could give to try and help. I read this and I want to hurl. It has made me absolutely sick to hear that the guy who caused all of this trauma to you guys hasn't spent one minute behind bars. I'm signing this petition because #1 I consider you guys a part of my extended reptile family #2 it isn't right that justice isn't being served. I hope this petition works and the scumbag gets locked away for a long time. Much love. Cole

He should pay for his crime. He should be prosecuted and if found guilty, serve the appropriate sentence.

The fact this man has spent no time in jail or even been arrested at all is absolutely appalling. What is our judicial system doing?

What’s it going to take to start cracking down on drunk drivers? This man was spared his life (barely), but his life and his wife’s life are changed forever. We need justice for the negligence of the drunk driver. No, we demand it. This is not ok.

Prayers and justice for James. We need to prosecute this type of offenders to send a message that drinking and driving will be prosecuted.
