James is a good guy, and this happening was a huge shock. The fact that the driver responsible still has not been brought to justice is sickening.

We are praying for ya'll. My husband was hit by an uninsured drunk driver at 70 mph last July. That driver died. Glen was in the hospital for 4 months and is currently on a ventilator and in a wheelchair. We do outpatient rehab at Memorial Hermann TIRR 5 days a week so he can learn to walk again. It may take several more years. Our lives have been forever changed. The suffering that irresponsible, selfish people cause is devastating. Drunk drivers or those under the influence who cause this kind of destruction need to be locked up with no parole.

This is a disgrace, please prosecute Davey Ruddrick for his gross negligence and the lifelong battle he has left James to suffer with.

May justice be served, these drunk drivers always hurt or kill innocent people. They need to be removed from society. Prayers for continued healing for the victim. State prosecutors have no leincey on this criminal.

I've never met James, but I have met several of the herping group. I truly believe the drunk driver will be brought to justice, either through the courts/prison or karma!!
