Whoever has made this disgusting decision should be forced to give a public (televised) explanation. Legal loopholes for criminals need closing. Our law-makers should hang their heads in shame if this decision isn't overturned. Cruelty to animals has to stop.

We need tougher sentances for these evil animal abusers to do this dispicable act to an innocent dog and walk free from court is beyond me :(
I cannot believe this idiot has got away with what he did to Isaac. The evidence, allegedly, is only circumstantial so he has been released. Please join the Facebook group and PLEASE share this petition

It is 2014 and yet still not recognised that animals should have just as many rights as humans. Abuse is abuse no matter who or what it is to! They should not get away with it!!

they need too do something its just wrong why do that too any animal that cant defend it self and people get away with things dogs horses donkeys farm animals too cats rabbits etc small animals as well,people that do that to any animals should not get away with IT the law needs sorting scum

Those who injure/kill animals of any kind in an unlawful way should be subject to very severe penalties or the sadistic streak could then spread to humans if not controlled.
