My husband I knew Randy. No one should be beaten to death. Randys death and how he died at the hands of another is a tragedy.

Yes at the age of 17 and the crime of murder should be tried as a adult. Would be different if he was forced by his gang to do this but this isn't the case and the fact he ran instead of helping.

Crystal thank you for what you wrote it doesn't get easier as each day passes so far I know they say it will in time but I really hope this kid gets tried as an adult I know it's hard for you to believe probably because you knew him very well but apparently there have been quite a few people who have been having problems with him I had his name down in here but I was asked to take it down by the DA because he is a juvenile but a lot of people already know who he is but I wanted to thank you for what you wrote

This hole situation is so horrible and sad. I know the kid who did this and the family of the victim as well. My heart and prayers are with all involved. Not only did a kind man get killed but a family lost there son over his out right stupid careless action's. It kills me what these kids do these days to act cool. He lost his life in prison over what? To be in a gang. So yeah let's go hurt and kill someone to look like a bad ass. Ugh it really pisses me off. All these damn kids using weapons to fight.. sick plain sick.
