I went with Gracie to the foco charter dance last year. This was before the incident. She was wild, wilder than ever she was always vaping and drinking and I wanted it to stop, but she wouldn’t. I knew it would catch up to her but not like this. She is unstable,she needs help, she isn’t herself. I haven’t talked to her since what happened and I miss her so please do what we can to help Gracie.

Gracie has been my best friend since the 7th grade. She was always kind hearted and loving to all her peers. But after the incident she has become cold and distant to all of us. Mabye it’s the comments we say. Mabye it’s the thought of her not eating when she gets home. She’s small, smaller than ever. Flatter than ever. This needs to change.

My sister Gracie has been through hell and back since this event. The trauma she experienced from my mom and dad still affects her to this day. All humans make mistakes as did she but it is inhumane for the things my parents did and still do to her. She has not sat at my dinner table since this video. She cries day and night trying to repent what she did and her peers hold it against her. These actions question my belief in their way of parenting us, and my faith.

I was a friend of gracies since before the incident. She has completely changed to an unstable young adult. It still shocks me the trauma she still suffers. THis makes me question humanity, and question my faith.

No matter what you child has done, never belittle them. This young lady will NEVER forget what her mother has told her. Whether the child drank alcohol, smoked cigarettes, sent nudes, etc. news flash, all teens go through things. If you think your child hasn't, guess again. It is perfectly normal for a young teen to be interested in exploring sexuality. Not allowing your own to eat at the table with the rest of the family is down right humiliating and degrading. I pray Gracie can mentally overcome her mothers mental abuse. It is an illness and a form of narcissism.

no form of abuse is ok..to publicly humiliate yr child is "verbal abuse" Im sure the child deserved to be reprimanded in some way...There are excellent teachers at MES, she's just the "bad apple" SAD

I pray this child can get help. As a mother myself of a 16 year old daughter, no matter what happened, I am suppose to be there to guide her and make sure she understands right from wrong, not bash her on social media to get attention or fame off of my daughters wrong doings. This child seems empty inside , and maybe her reason for acting out was only to get the love and attention she's missing at home. This woman Leslie carmouche works at marksville elementary around my 9 year old son and I do not and any way shape or form want her around my child. She does not belong around children period. Also listen to her shaming documents she wrote about her daughter, she also put down other peoples children. She talked about bullying and peer pressure yet she said anyone who was involved she is pretty much disgusted with them children as well. If she is to speak of any child which she did , it needs to be only her child and definitely not the way she done so. I believe this needs to be looked upon as a criminal matter especially the father sitting in the back ground videoing !

I understand she is upset and disappointed in her daughter. This is NOT the way to handle it. I pray as she sits at her table and looks at that empty chair it is because her daughter is in her room and with Jesus and will never sit in that chair again.

After sitting here for days watching all this going on. My heart breaks for poor Gracie. That childs teenage high school years that she is suppose to be enjoying is now ruined because of her parents actions. To start Gracie did wrong but obviously her mother handled it wrong also. So my understanding is Gracie was attending a party. She did do wrong while attending this party but just maybe if her mother would not have bought her the alcohol and dropped her off to drink at a party none of this would have even occurred. So while under the influence of alcohol she may have done some things differently. What teenagers dont experiment different things. From what my understanding is and what she actually did was not anywhere near her deserving any of this. In my eyes her mother purchased the alcohol for her so she is just as much as fault and should be held responsible for whatever Gracies actions were. Not only is abuse occurring here but she should also be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor!
