This petition wouldn't have been necessary if Scottish Football Authorities and Scottish journalists would only do their job. Those in a position of authority in Scottish football ought to resign forthwith or be sacked forthwith.

Football is finished in Scotland unless there is full and open inquiry into what went on. If necessary, teams must be punished for rule breaking and the administrators held to account for permitting and assisting wrongdoing.

No sport is valid if cheats are allowed to retain the titles, trophies and medals that they won while cheating. Only in Scottish football could this even be considered, and then only to benefit a club with Rangers in their name.
