Apply the rules.
If they are the same club, expulsion from the league is the only justifiable punishment for 10 years of systematically cheating.

Scottish would appear to be corrupt if these titles and trophies were allowed to remain with a club who have broken rules to obtain them, we cannot complain about the governance of FIFA if we allow the SFA to permit these awards to remain with Rangers FC
