We all have to pay our taxes but the old club bought players with theirs and gained a huge sporting advantage.

If you cheat and get caught, you have to face punishment. Simple.
Anything obtained through illegal measures doesn't belong to the criminal.

All the tainted cups have to go. They'l still have the neck to sing god save the queen but they won't pay HMRC. What about the schools, hospitals and roads that money could have went towards. They have no shame.

Strip their titles and cups and then onto illegal player registration and notional 3-0 walkovers for their illegal side letters.
