All players were illeagally registered throughout the period. This is the real football crime. All clubs that old RFC played against in european competition MUST be made aware of this.

This financial doping gave the club an unfair competitive advantage as it was able to afford to attract quality players that it could not have otherwise afforded. For Scottish football to be taken seriously internationally they have to take note of the ramifications of the Supreme Court judgment and acknowledge the unfair advantage EBTs gave to RFC.

We must have integrity in the running of our game. If this was any club other than rangers this would have been dealt with in the proper manor. They broke the rules.

FACT: RFC won all of their 14 honours during the EBT years with players who were improperly registered.
LAW/RULES: Every game that these players played in must be a 0:3 result.
CONSEQUENCE: By recording every game those players played in as 0:3 results RFC would not have won those honours. So they have to be removed.
COMMENT: There is nothing difficult about this and the footballing authorities must apply their own rules to the facts and ensure that these honours are removed ... at the very least!

Not only should titles be stripped for the EBT years but also for the previous DOS scheme years too. This period was purposely and shamefully excluded from the Nimmo Smith scope. RFC admitted liability for this tax evasion (the "Wee Tax Case") and the tax due ('social taxes') was outstanding when the SFA wrongly allowed RFC to compete in Europe. This is a shameful period in the administration of Scottish football and those responsible need to he held to account. Where is today's Turnbull Hutton?
