I fully support this petition; cheating can never be condoned and severe penalties should be imposed on those who were involved.

Illegal use of EBTs to attract players they otherwise couldn't afford, as admitted by David Murray to the FTT, dual contracts contrary to SFA rules, shredded documentation, lying to the authorities, breaking Uefa rules to obtain CL qualification -- tirophy stripping is the least that can be done so that Scottish football can be cleansed and move on. In reality, they should be expelled for good.

Stripping titles should be the basis to address what amounts to basic cheating. An independent review of those involved at the SFA, Rangers and the SPL / SPFL should be commissioned. This should report on the facts and involvement by the bodies and the officers who work for them.
If needs be the game should be controlled as a private and public partnership for a period to demonstrate control governance and transparency. The new established bodies should be subject to FOI or similar transparency rules. The press should be reviewed in some way if that is also possible.

Hundreds of thousands of fans watching a league where one team cheated to gain an advantage. Peoples hard earned money wasted on a game where the playing field was not level
