Only the S.F.A. would try to sweep this under the carpet. Strip these cheats of their ill gotten titles and compensate the clubs who lost out as a result.

The result of the HMRC tax case
has removed any doubt that an unfair advantage was gained by Glasgow Rangers 1872. Accordingly titles gained during this period should be stripped.

We shouldn't need a petition. If the football authorities in Scotland did their job right then cheats would be punished accordingly. Unfortunately SFA & SPFL have one set of rules for Rangers & one set for everyone else. Shameful!

Not only should these titles/trophys be stripped a Public Inquiry should be held to root out the corruption at the SFA that allowed this. Not to forget the complience of the Scottish media and the judiciary.

Stripping the titles has to be seen as a consequence of their cheating not a punishment for it. You don't punish thieves by making them return their stolen goods.

If Rangers 1872 -2012 are not stripped of all trophies won during the years they were paying EBT's to players they could ill afford, then Scottish Football may as well shut the gates and bolt the doors.

If the competitions gained by Rangers (IL) during the period of illegal use of tax evasion payment schemes are not removed from the records then fans will never be guaranteed fair competition in Scottish football.

They should be handed back, not stripped. lied to HMRC regards side letters of employment. Deliberately and knowingly.
