If there is no appeal (and who is going to appeal on behalf of a dead club) then this is the end of the matter. Title and cup stripping is merely a CONSEQUENCE of their actions and not a punishment. Unless you believe they are still the same club.....

Russia facing a ban from the Olympics,
Armstrong stripped of titles
Dwain Chambers stripped of record and medals, Juventus. Any other Country any other Sport and this would already have happened.
