If the EBT scheme is deemed illegal by the Supreme Court then, taken in tandem with Sir David Murray's admission in court about EBTs permitting them to sign players they could not otherwise have afforded, the Scottish Football Association must recognise that RFC have cheated the whole of Scottish Football. Any honours won using players funded by this scheme must be forfeited. To do anything less is to endorse cheating and encourages further cheating.
