strip the titles but don't award to anyone else , blank the year n add an * so people in the future will ask why no winner that year ? then we can tell them WHY !

If there is no appeal and Ranger's use of EBTs remains illegal then they MUST have all the titles and cups won during the EBT years removed, because if they aren't we'd better scrap the phrase "cheats never win" as they will have and been richly rewarded indeed for their cheating ways.
